Love Animals

Live Compassionately

Spring Farm Sanctuary is a place for people to meet and connect with animals and be encouraged to live a more compassionate life

Welcome to Spring Farm Sanctuary

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating farm animals and promoting compassionate living. Located on 27 beautiful acres in Long Lake, MN.

The best way to help people change their minds
is by connecting with their hearts.

We provide a home for abused and neglected farm animals.

We provide everything from vet care to daily socialization and love.

We educate others about the importance of a plant-based diet and positive effects this diet has on our health and our planet.

Compassionate Living

Part of living a more compassionate live is living a life that doesn't contribute to animal cruelty.

We love our pets and we find it easy to care about animals that live in our houses because we can see their individual personalities. Most people have no personal connection to the animals that humans eat, and so most people feel indifferent about how those animals are treated.

At Spring Farm Sanctuary we believe that all creatures should be treated with kindness.

As a new vegan, the trip to your farm animal sanctuary was just what I needed to reiterate how important this decision is. The information I learned will also help me to become a better advocate, and really inspired me to start taking action in whatever way I can."

-Laurie R

It was a wonderful experience to meet the animals and hear about their backgrounds and how they were lucky enough to call Spring Farm Sanctuary their home. I wish all animals could be treated with the same love and compassion. I am so glad we have this resource in Minnesota!"
